The generator takes 100g/s to produce 800W. To put it into perspective a electrolyzer at max effeciency preduces 888g/s Oxy (enough for 8 dupes) and 112g/s H. If your not filtering your hydrogen to your generator then you will end up damaging it. Also you didnt say what wasnt true, all I said was you cant get enough hydrogen from a electoliser to power your pumps effectively. I can feed 8 dupes on 1 electroliser and a couple of terrariums. You must be really choking your system if your running 1 electroliser for 2 dupes. ![]() Most of the issues with things not working as they should according to this numbers are caused by electrolyzer throttling because of "max pressure" even with 2 pumps right on top of it, and the fact that oxygen consumption is not constant.Īlso removing filter from 2 pumps + electrolyzer + filter system only saves 120w out of 720w total consumption, which is still saving, but not as critical as you make it sound. So in theory 1 electrolyzer is enough for 8 dupes with some oxygen to spare and 1 hydrogen generator. Electrolyzer produces 888/112 g/s oxygen/hydrogen, 1 dupe consumes 100g/s oxygen, hydrogen generator consumes 100g/s hydrogen. You can become hydrogen efficient if you build your circuits correctly. So, if you have a base that is 10 dupes large you need 20 Electrolizers. The Electrolizers at "max" produce enough oxygen for 2 Dupes per Electrolizer.
